We are part of the Division of Food, Nutrition & Exercise Sciences (FNES), with appointments in the School of Medicine and the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources at the University of Missouri.
Research in the lab integrates human interventions testing whole foods, dietary patterns, and lifestyle effects, mechanistic investigation through the gut microbiome and multi-omics approaches, and examination of the contextual factors, including the food environment, food security, demographics, and behaviors, that shape cardiometabolic responses to diet.
We are located in Gwynn Hall at the Columbia campus of the University of Missouri.
